Nadia Murdock shares one of her favorite Tabata fitness routines. Tabata is a form of HIIT that doesn’t take a lot of time but gives great results if you commit and stay to a regular routine. This is something that you can do daily.
It only takes 4 minutes a day!
Warm-up
– Run in Place – 1 min
– Jumping Jacks – 1 min
– Elbow to Knee- 1 min
Tabata Sequence 4 mins of 20 seconds on 10 seconds off
Round 1
– Forward Alternating Lunges
– Knee Tucks
– Mountain Climbers
– Broad Jump to Fast Feet
Round 2
– Jump Squats
– Kettlebell Swing
– Split Squats
– High Knees
Round 3
– Burpees
– Side shuffle
– Star Jumps
– Surf Board
Repeat until you have completed 4 mins, Go again if you have the energy! These moves can be mixed and matched to make the workout different each time.
