Move your body for 15 minutes every day. Even if a start for you is a 15 minute walk. It’s a start. Don’t over think it!

Get out of your comfort zone and take the jump! So many parents don’t realize what they have in their own backyard! It can be easy to get in a rut and stay inside. Strap your kid in the carrier and go for a hike! Go explore! All you have to do is take that step outside your door and adventure awaits!

Every day you have to fight for it. You have to take care of yourself in order to take care of your kids. They deserve the best version of you. Find a ROUTINE with exercise and force yourself to do it. Get up and put your workout clothes on! 15 minutes of moving your body a day is all you need to reap the benefits of exercise!! It’s so important not only for you physically but for emotional and mental health as well.

Mindset is everything. I tend to be an ALL or NOTHING person. If I know i can’t get a full workout in it could prevent me from even starting. With kids, you especially HAVE to change your mindset! You have to be flexible and creative! Change your mind- 15 minutes is all you need! Stay positive.

Kristy top tips

Try this workout to start. 30 seconds of each: Squats jumps, walking lunge, Lateral Lunge, Ham Curls, Planks. Repeat for a total of 15 minutes. Quick simple and to the point!
